Having a problem downloading your files? |

Where do I download my files from?
Click "My
Account" button above, enter your email address and password to get into
your account where you will find the download links to the files you
have purchased.
Are
you getting
an error message something like:
"Illegal Attempt Detected."
or similar?
The most likely cause
of this is the Anti-Virus or Firewall programme running on your computer. The
message is not being generated from our server, but from your computer.
The answer is to temporarily disable one or both of these and you will probably
find that the downloads now work correctly.
This is only happening
to a very small number of folk downloading MP3s from our site and we can only presume that it is a certain Anti-Virus/Firewall/Computer
configuration
on your computer that is causing this error message to be generated, so we are
posting this here in order to save you the frustration of delaying your
downloads because of having to get in touch with us, if this is particular
problem you are having with your downloads.
